Food Pantry Network
Through our 14 partner food pantry sites and mobile food pantry sites, and delivery service we offer a nutritionally balanced three-day supply of food to individuals or families once per month, as well as additional food items available on a daily basis.
Interfaith Engagement
Together different faith traditions can be a blessing to our city. DMARC works to unify those faith traditions for the greater good. Learn more about what unifies us.
Advocacy
The Des Moines Area Religious Council advocates for policies that will reduce food insecurity in the state of Iowa.
Other Services
DMARC is proud to sponsor other programs in addition to our primary human services efforts and our interfaith outreach. One program is LADOS: a forum where widowed men and women of all ages meet monthly to compassionately and practically encourage one another to grieve in their unique way.
